Do I need Shopify, or can you build something custom?
Both are good options depending on your business. Shopify makes sense for many shops — especially if you want a familiar admin interface. A custom build gives you more flexibility and no ongoing platform fees. I'll tell you honestly which is right for you after we've talked.
Can I update the shop myself?
Yes — adding products, updating prices, running promotions, and managing orders are all designed to be straightforward. I'll make sure you're comfortable before handing over, and I'm available if you get stuck.
How long does it take?
A typical e-commerce project takes 4–8 weeks from first chat to going live. Bigger catalogues or complex integrations take longer. I'll give you a realistic timeline in your quote — and I stick to it.
What payment providers do you support?
I primarily use Stripe, which supports all major cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more. PayPal and other providers can be added if needed. All payment processing is handled securely — your customers' card details never touch your server.
