Questions I get asked a lot
My website was built by someone else — can you still support it?
Yes — that's exactly what these plans are for. I work with most major platforms and can get up to speed with your existing setup quickly. We'll have a quick chat first to make sure I'm the right fit.
What platforms do you support?
WordPress, Wagtail, Squarespace, and most bespoke-built websites. If you're unsure, just ask — I'll tell you honestly whether I can help, and if I can't, I'll point you in the right direction.
How quickly will you respond when something goes wrong?
Lite plan: within 48 hours on business days. Complete plan: within 24 hours. Custom plan: we agree the terms upfront, but typically same-day for urgent issues. You'll always get a real response from me — not an automated ticket.
Can I cancel if it's not working out?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. If you want to cancel, give me a month's notice and that's it — no awkward conversations, no exit fees. I'd rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
What counts as a "minor content update"?
Things like updating your phone number, swapping a photo, adding a new team member, changing opening hours — small tasks that take minutes. Bigger changes (new pages, redesigns, new functionality) are quoted separately.
Will I need to hand over admin access?
For maintenance work, yes — I'll need access to your website and hosting. I treat access credentials with strict confidence and will talk you through exactly what I need and why before anything is shared.
